Our ecotour experiences take guests on a mini excursion to the Havana countryside where we learn from Farmers and Agronomists like Fernando Montes at Finca Marta who grow and cultivate produce that feed the restaurants, homes, and businesses of Havana. Nature’s gifts reach direct families, grocers, and restaurants like our Tribe Café and Manteca Rooftop. Finca Marta is one of Havana’s fully operating sustainable farms as well as an educational platform to teach visitors about sustainable practices and inspire new generations of farmers.

What the fincas do is so much bigger than 'farm-to-table' as a luxury experience. On an island where 60% to 80% of food is imported, sustainable farming is essential to feed families facing increasing shortages. Havana’s fincas nurture the soul, create self-sufficiency and independence by creating balance with the ecosystem. 100% of our tours are in Support of the Cuban people.
